Reports

Reports turn your catalogue and pipeline data into tables you can read, filter, and download. Each report reads live data from your workspace. You can view a report on screen, narrow it with filters, and export it as a CSV or PDF file.

Finding your reports

Open Reports from the sidebar. It is in the Business section of the sidebar.

The Reports page lists every report available to your workspace. Reports are grouped under three headings:

  • Catalog covers your titles and editions.
  • Analytics summarises counts and trends.
  • Workflow covers your acquisitions and manuscripts pipelines.

Each report shows as a card with its name and a short description. Click a card to open that report.

The available reports

Your workspace includes nine built-in reports.

Catalog

  • Titles Catalog lists all your titles with publication details, audience, and content flags.
  • Editions Inventory lists all editions with ISBN, format, pricing, and publication status.

Analytics

  • Titles by Publication Year counts your titles grouped by original publication year.
  • Acquisitions by Status counts your acquisitions grouped by pipeline status.
  • Manuscripts by Status counts your manuscripts grouped by workflow status.
  • Channel Performance shows acquisition channel metrics, including submission counts and SLA targets.

Workflow

  • Acquisitions Pipeline lists all acquisitions with status, source type, priority, and response deadlines.
  • Manuscripts Pipeline lists all manuscripts with status, word count progress, and target dates.
  • Acquisition Reviews lists all acquisition reviews with scores and recommendations.

Every report appears for every workspace. A report shows data only for features you use. If you have no acquisitions, the acquisition reports open with no records.

Running a report

Click a report card to open it. The report runs immediately. It shows the data in a table.

Above the table, a summary line shows the record count and the time the report was generated. Long reports split across pages. Use the Previous and Next buttons below the table to move through the pages.

Some reports add a Summary section below the table with totals for the whole report.

Filtering a report

Filters appear in the toolbar above the table. The filters depend on the report. The Titles Catalog, for example, offers filters for status, adult content, AI disclosure, and creation date.

Change a filter and the table reloads with the matching records. You do not click a separate button to apply it. To clear a filter, set it back to All or empty the field.

Exporting a report

The toolbar has two export buttons on the right: CSV and PDF.

  • Click CSV to download a spreadsheet file. Open it in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
  • Click PDF to download a formatted document to print or share.

Both exports use your current filters. Set your filters first, then export. The file contains the same records you see on screen. Exports include every matching record, not just the page you are viewing.
