Pubblish offers subscription tiers to match your publishing needs. All plans include core features with different limits.

Starter - Perfect for authors just getting started or with a small catalog.
Author - For serious self-publishers with a growing catalog.
Publisher - For publishing operations with multiple titles, authors, and team members.
Annual Billing
Save money by paying annually. Annual subscribers receive a discount compared to monthly billing.
You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings.
Add-ons
Customize your plan with optional add-ons:
- Extra Storage - Add more asset storage
- Additional Team Members - For Publisher plan
- Additional Guest Collaborators - For Author and Publisher plans
Add-ons are billed alongside your subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
You can upgrade at any time. When you upgrade: - You’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period - New features are available immediately
Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time. When you downgrade: - Your current plan continues until the end of your billing period - The new plan takes effect at renewal - Ensure you’re within the limits of your new plan before downgrading
Note: If you have more guests or team members than your new plan allows, you’ll need to remove them before downgrading.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore access
- After 90 days, your data may be deleted
We’ll send reminder emails as the 90-day period progresses.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards.
Invoices
Invoices are emailed automatically after each payment.
Free Trial
New accounts may include a free trial period with access to full features. At the end of your trial, choose a plan to continue.
