Refund Policy
Pubblish subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com, who act as our merchant of record. Paddle's buyer terms apply alongside this policy. Pubblish is operated by Pubblish Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17089255.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy reduces or replaces your statutory consumer rights. Our policy meets or exceeds the statutory requirements in the United Kingdom, where Pubblish Limited is based, and we extend the same terms to all subscribers worldwide.
Free trial
Every Pubblish subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Payment details are collected at sign-up but no charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.
30-day money-back guarantee
When your free trial converts to a paid subscription, you have 30 days from your first charge to request a full refund. No reason is required. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings inside Pubblish. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made. Cancelling on its own does not refund a payment already taken — see the refund windows above and below.
Accidental renewal
If your subscription renews and you did not intend to continue, cancel from your account settings within 14 days of the renewal charge and that charge will be refunded.
For annual plans, if more than 14 days have passed since the renewal charge, contact us. We will consider your request on a case-by-case basis given the size of an annual payment. Outside the windows above, payments are not refunded pro-rata, but we will always deal fairly with genuine hardship.
How refunds are processed
When you cancel within one of the refund windows above, the refund is issued for you — you do not need to chase it. Refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method.
Most refunds are issued immediately and reach your payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds of a full annual payment on our largest plan are reviewed by Paddle before processing and may take a few extra days.
Add-ons and one-off charges
Optional add-ons and one-off charges follow the same principles: the 30-day guarantee applies to a first purchase of that add-on, and amounts already consumed (for example, AI credits already used) are non-refundable except where required by law.
Changes to this policy
If we make changes that reduce your refund rights, we will give at least 30 days' notice and honour the previous terms for any subscription period already paid for.
