Refund Policy
Pubblish subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com, who act as the merchant of record. Paddle's buyer terms apply alongside this policy. Pubblish is operated by Pubblish Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17089255.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy reduces or replaces your statutory consumer rights. Our policy meets or exceeds the statutory requirements in the United Kingdom, where Pubblish Limited is based, and we extend the same terms to all subscribers worldwide. Paddle, who sells Pubblish on our behalf, handles those requests too.
Free trial
Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
Changed your mind?
Ask within 14 days of a payment, and we refund it in full if it was for:
- a subscription renewal you didn't mean to continue
- a pack of AI credits or emails you haven't started using
A refund reaches your payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Canceling
Cancel any time from the Plan & payments page. You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for; then your workspace closes and you have 90 days to download your data.
Changes to this policy
If we make changes that reduce your refund rights, we will give at least 30 days' notice and honor the previous terms for any subscription period already paid for.
